SHIPPING POLICY

We offer free shipping in Nairobi for orders with a value of Ksh 3000 and above. Otherwise a standard rate of Ksh 450 is applied to all orders below that amount.

For all other domestic orders, we offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party courier will manage and be responsible for shipping your products. We shall communicate the shipping rates to you before your purchase payment is made. All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only. If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Lisha Wellness. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy. Simply contact our customer service team to initiate the return process. Once we receive your returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
